Job summary

ExcelVite Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to drive new business and expand our customer base in the Pet Nutrition industry. You will play a pivotal role in strategic growth by identifying opportunities and converting them into measurable results.

The role supports regional expansion with remote work from Penang or on-site work in Ipoh/Chemor, requiring frequent travel within Malaysia to meet targets and strengthen distributor and direct customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven skills in client and customer account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in sales operation, persuasion, analysis, and contract negotiation
• Pre-existing customer/distributor network is a plus
• Preferably holds a degree or academic background in a science-related field (e.g., Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related discipline) or business development related field
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region in Malaysia
