Job summary

The position offers remote/work-from-home options in Penang and on-site work in Ipoh/Chemor, with frequent travel within Malaysia. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in business development or sales, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia,

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pre-existing customer/distributor network is a plus.
English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive sales activities in assigned regions.
Manage and grow key accounts, including distributors and direct customers.
Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor market trends and provide strategic feedback to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
