Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Ltd. in Penang is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth of HRMS and Accounting solutions across business clients. You will maximize outbound activity, own the sales process, and contribute to revenue targets.

You will provide presales technical and functional support, build strong client relationships, and travel to KL HQ for training when required. The role requires a Diploma or Degree, strong English, Malay, and Mandarin, and willingness to travel within

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory (EPF, Employment Act, SOCSO) is a plus.
• Strong relationship building and client networking.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to KL HQ for 5 weeks training.
• Own transport to travel within Pulau Pinang.

As a Business Development Executive (Penang), you are responsible for ensuring the achievement and continual growth of any channel’s sales and profit objectives to support Info-Tech's Business Solutions.

Main Responsibilities :

• With a primary focus on early and high growth in HRMS and Accounting system to all business clients, you oversee maximizing outbound activity and owning the sales process.
• Responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales KPI that have been assigned by the company.
• Research, Identify and Prospect New Business Opportunities to build up the sales pipeline.
• Submit sales reports to Management in a timely and orderly manner.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, or conferences on behalf of the company to promote INFO-TECH Cloud HRMS & Accounting solutions.
• Target and influence new customers to use Info-Tech range of products.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from your Management.

Main Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good communication skills and able to speak fluent English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
• At least 1 – 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess basic knowledge of Government statutory in Malaysia such as EPF, Employment Act, and SOCSO is an added advantage for this position.

• Willing to travel to KL HQ for training for 5 weeks.
