Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and other documents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up with clients, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments.
• Update and maintain the customer database (CRM) and related documentation.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
