The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships across the assigned markets, with a primary focus on the China region.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, manage and execute business development and sales activities to generate and qualify leads, identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets and new account acquisition growth, with a focus on the China region.
Develop new markets and identify potential customers, business opportunities and contracts within the assigned geographical regions, particularly in China.
Strategize, propose and execute regional business activities to achieve the Company's sales and business growth objectives.
Manage account management of existing and potential customers, including managing customer communication, inquiries and business requirements through phone, email and chat.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable advice and solutions based on the Company's products and services.
Conduct market research and gather market feedback and insights, including customer needs, price sensitivity, market trends, demand and potential opportunities, to support market penetration and business growth, particularly in the China region.
Attend networking events and relevant business activities to develop new business contacts, attract potential customers and strengthen customer relationships.
Gather, track and maintain sales metrics, sales activities, customer information and business opportunities in the CRM system.
Maintain and update sales, marketing and business development documentation, including market analysis, trends, customer information and sales reports.
Collaborate with Management and internal teams on sales goals, marketing and promotional activities, and provide timely reporting and recommendations on market insights, business situations and opportunities for improvement.
To provide administrative and coordination support for business development activities, including scheduling appointments, managing customer communication and preparing sales presentations.
Job Requirement:
Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in tele-marketing, business development, sales management, inside sales or other related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong research and analytical skills.
Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
Possess interest in IT and/or is Internet savvy.
Resourceful and possess strong desire to succeed.
Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Willing and able to travel overseas for customers' visit or meeting.
