Job summary

TIMES24 MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Business Development Executive for the Central Region to identify growth opportunities, generate and convert leads, and engage clients via calls, meetings, emails, and site visits.

You will understand customer needs and propose suitable products and solutions, working to secure long-term car park partnerships. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Car Park Operations, Facility Management, or related industries.
• Experience in car park operations or facility management is a plus.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel between sites within Penang and nearby regions.
• Independent, responsible, and disciplined with a proactive work attitude.

Business Development Executive (Central Region)

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.

Represent the Company professionally in face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and written communications.

What You Need to Succeed

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facility/Property Management, or Real Estate Management.

2–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales, Car Park Operations, Facility Management, or Retail/Property‑related industries.

Experience in car park operations or facility management will be an added advantage.

Demonstrated team leadership experience.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.

Willingness to travel between sites within Penang and nearby regions.

Independent, responsible, and disciplined with a proactive work attitude.

Possess own transportation.
