Job summary

TIMES24 MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya is offering an internship-like role for degree students in Business Studies/Administration/Management. You will assist in calibration arrangements, licensing applications, and preparing official letters, while maintaining organized Operations records.

The program targets individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of teamwork. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a RM1,500 per month allowance for degree students.

Qualifications

• Open to degree students in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Excellent communication in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in arranging calibration for new and renewal requirements.
• Assist in licensing applications and renewals.
• Prepare and issue official letters when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of Operations records.
