Job summary

TIMES24 MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a final-semester intern in Petaling Jaya to support Accounts Receivable and billing functions. You will assist with monthly SOA preparation, posting collections, and reconciliations while gaining exposure to AR processes within a leading parking management group.

The role offers a RM1,500 monthly allowance and potential full-time conversion on completion of the internship. Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.

• AR, Fixed Asset and related field experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly Statements of Account (SOA) accurately and on time
• Record and post all customer collections, including cash, cheque, GIRO, and cashless payments
• Perform reconciliation of cashless collections, bank settlements, deposits, and payment records
• Monitor Accounts Receivable ageing and follow up on outstanding payments and discrepancies
• Issue invoices, manual invoices, and quotations as required
• Review agreements and prepare draft SOA for new and renewed car parks
• Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing activities
• Liaise with customers, landlords, and internal departments to resolve billing and payment matters, and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent) or equivalent

Working experience in AR, Fixed Asset and related field is an added advantage

Highly organized and adaptable

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Required skills: Computer Literate, Microsoft Office
