Job summary

TIMES24 MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage monthly SOAs, post customer payments, and reconcile accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will handle invoicing, aging analyses, and month-end support, coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work independently. Fresh graduates are welcome, and immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA/CPA/MIA or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years' experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 or other ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Candidates who can commence work immediately will have an added advantage.

• Perform reconciliation of cashless collections, bank settlements and deposits.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable ageing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Issue invoices, manual invoices, and quotations as required.
• Review agreements and prepare draft SOA for new or renewed car parks.
• Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Liaise with customers, landlords and internal departments to resolve billing matters.

Job description

Record and post all customer collections, including cash, cheque, GIRO, and cashless payments.

Perform reconciliation of cashless collections, bank settlements, deposits, and payment records.

Monitor Accounts Receivable ageing and follow up on outstanding payments and discrepancies.

Issue invoices, manual invoices, and quotations as required.

Review agreements and prepare draft SOA for new and renewed car parks.

Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing activities.

Liaise with customers, landlords, and internal departments to resolve billing and payment matters, and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent), or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, or other accounting functions will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 or other ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage.
