Job summary

Berjaya Land Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven sales and marketing professional to lead the growth of our parking facilities revenue through creative campaigns, partnerships, and data-driven sales efforts.

You will develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, identify opportunities with corporate clients and tenants, promote passes and packages, manage digital campaigns, and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Experience in Property/Parking/Facilities is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in Sales or Marketing (Experience in Property/Parking/Facilities is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
