Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential corporate clients

Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms

Contact HR professionals, hiring managers, and business decision-makers

Understand client hiring needs and introduce suitable recruitment solutions

Arrange meetings and follow up with potential clients

Maintain and develop positive client relationships

Work closely with the recruitment team to support client requirements

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and business activities

Assist in achieving business development and sales targets

Keep updated on market trends and potential business opportunities

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Commerce, Public Relations, or equivalent

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, is a MUST

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and comfortable communicating with clients

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
