Midaz Orion Sdn Bhd, a MSC-status digital agency in Malaysia, invites a results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B telemarketing) to join our team in Petaling Jaya. You will reach out to potential SME and corporate clients, present our digital marketing solutions, and set qualified appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident in outbound calls, has strong communication skills, and thrives under targets.

Competenze

• Experience in telemarketing, telesales or business development is preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Able to handle rejection and work independently.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage but training will be provided.

Business Development Executive (B2B Telemarketing)

We are looking for an energetic, confident and results-driven Business Development Executive (b2b telemarketing) to join our company. Your main role is to connect with potential business clients through outbound calls, introduce our digital marketing solutions and arrange qualified business appointments for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential SME and corporate clients in Malaysia.

Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.

Introduce our company's services, including Website Development, Google SEO, Google Ads and Digital Marketing.

Arrange appointments with business owners, management and key decision-makers for our sales team.

Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.

Maintain accurate prospect records and update daily calling activities.

Achieve monthly appointment-setting and lead generation targets.

Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion opportunities.

About you

Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Business Development or Sales is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Confident in making outbound cold calls and communicating with business decision-makers.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-oriented.

Able to handle rejection professionally and work independently.

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage but not compulsory, as training will be provided.
