Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding B2B client portfolios (such as corporate catering, wholesale accounts, or partnerships), and securing new outlet locations. This role bridges strategic brand expansion with hands-on relationship management to increase revenue and market presence.
Key responsibilities
a. Market Expansion & Lead Generation
- Identify Opportunities: Research and target new business avenues, including corporate partnerships, B2B wholesale clients, franchise opportunities, or strategic pop-up locations.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Actively pitch F&B products, catering services, or central kitchen capabilities to potential clients and secure contracts.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor F&B market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify gaps and growth areas.
b. Strategic Partnerships & Account Management
- Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients, event planners, and strategic partners.
- Collaboration & Promos: Coordinate cross-branding opportunities or co-marketing campaigns with other lifestyle or retail brands to boost brand visibility.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals, present business models, and negotiate terms and contracts with new partners.
c. Operational & Marketing Alignment
- Product Alignment: Work closely with the culinary/R&D and operations teams to customize menu offerings or packaging solutions based on B2B client feedback.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional collateral and sales kits tailored for business pitching.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track revenue milestones, and prepare regular growth reports for management review.
About you
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Account Management, specifically within the F&B or hospitality industry
- Existing network of corporate clients, event organizers, or property landlords is a strong advantage
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Numbers-driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing food trends and consumer demands
