Job summary

AIM COFFEE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Business Development Executive to support beverage demonstrations, tastings, and product presentations in Kuala Lumpur. You will help develop new beverage products through research, sampling, recipe development, and feedback to the sales team.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for samples, plan and launch new product series, record recipes, and train customers on product applications. Willingness to travel for customer events is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage preparation, product development, café operations, or barista work is preferred.
• Creative and interested in developing new beverage products and recipes.
• Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate product trials and launch activities.
• Willing to travel for customer demonstrations and events.

Responsibilities
