Truwater Cooling Towers Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian manufacturer with 35+ years of expertise in cooling towers, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth. You will identify new markets, build relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering and R&D to tailor customer solutions.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior BD, sales or marketing experience is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior BD/sales/marketing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of data centre, cooling solutions, or technical/project-based sales is an advantage.
• Interest in market research, client engagement and developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to support marketing communications and coordinate promotional activities.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and execution of business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and prospective clients in Malaysia and overseas.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, operators, consultants, contractors, and other business partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research, including monitoring industry developments and potential projects.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Project teams to prepare suitable solutions for customers.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, presentations, and client meeting materials.
• Support marketing activities, including the development of product catalogues, corporate videos, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, client visits, and networking events.
• Maintain sales pipelines, customer records, and business development activity reports for management review.
• Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by management or supervisors.

• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in spoken Mandarin required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and internationally when required; based in Kuala Lumpur.
