DXN Holdings Bhd, based in Malaysia, is seeking a diligent Business Development Executive to drive sales for Bio Synergy Laboratory services in Johor Bahru. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in sales/marketing, strong communication and telemarketing skills, and willingness to travel with own car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in sales or marketing in a related industry.
• Must be resourceful and able to work independently to meet job requirements.
• Able to perform good telemarketing and sales skills.
• Possess own car with a valid driving license and willingness to travel.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Business Development Executive with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Bio Synergy Laboratories, Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities :

Manage and achieve team sales targets.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails

Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business

Gaining a clear understanding of customers' business and requirements

Understanding the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in Science or equivalent.

Required language(s): Multiple Language

At least 2 years of work experience in sales or marketing in a related industry.

A team player, with strong planning, theory, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity, dynamic, persistent, results-driven, positive, highly motivated, and willing to speak up and present her/himself confidently.

Must be resourceful and able to work independently to meet job requirements

Able to perform good telemarketing and sales skills.

Possess own car with a valid driving license and willing to travel to outstation or overseas as required.
