DXN Holdings Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive based at DXN Cyberville in Malaysia. You will promote DXN Lifestyle products to members and the public, coordinate Lifestyle and TSI initiatives, and liaise with the International Business Department to finalize itineraries and events.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, is proficient in MS Office, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Responsabilidades

• Clear understanding of DXN and its business as a Direct Selling Company.
• Promote DXN Products (Lifestyle) to all DXN members and the public.
• Assist in coordination with PIC of each department involved for Lifestyle and TSI in Malaysia.
• Liaise with the International Business Department to gather information of DXN qualifiers and confirm itineraries.
• Prepare and assist in marketing activity reports monthly and annually.
• Prepare itineraries, cost breakdowns and required documents for Lifestyle and TSI.
• Represent DXN at events, training and trade exhibitions.
• Present in meetings for presentations and contribute ideas about Lifestyle and TSI.
• Handle inquiries related to DXN Lifestyle and TSI via email, WhatsApp, or phone

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Marketing Executive with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at DXN Cyberville.

Responsibilities

• Clear understanding of DXN and its business as a Direct Selling Company.
• Promote DXN Products (Lifestyle) to all DXN members and the public.
• To assist in coordination with the Person in Charge (PIC) of each operational department involved for Lifestyle and Travel Seminar Incentives (TSI) in Malaysia.
• Liaise with the International Business Department (IBD) to gather information of DXN qualifiers and gain final confirmation of the itinerary and other related matters from the respective PIC country that travels to Malaysia.
• Able to prepare and assist in preparing marketing activity reports monthly and annually.
• Prepare itinerary, cost breakdown and related documents needed for Lifestyle and TSI.
• Represent DXN in various events, training and trade exhibitions.
• Present in meetings for presentations, contribute ideas, and gain more knowledge pertaining to issues related to DXN Lifestyle and TSI.
• Handle all inquiries related to DXN Lifestyle and TSI via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, customer service or any related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and multimedia design tools would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good in Bahasa Melayu, English and other foreign languages for both oral and written skills.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and efficiency in timely and accurate submission of required deliverables.
