Role Description

The Business Development Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting AL AiN’s software testing services to targeted markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The consultant will participate in client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and support business planning activities to achieve revenue and growth targets. The role also involves tracking sales performance, providing regular reports, and representing the company at industry events and networking sessions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Business Planning, with the ability to identify opportunities and create actionable growth strategies.


• Experience in Lead Generation and Consulting, including qualifying prospects and advising clients on suitable software testing solutions.


• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.


• Background in IT, software services, or quality assurance is highly beneficial.


• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts or projects.


• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Greater Kuala Lumpur.
