You will engage with key decision makers in data centre and manufacturing environments, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue by presenting tailored network and infrastructure solutions.

The role requires 2–3 years IT sales experience, strong multilingual communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years IT sales experience, preferably in network/infrastructure solutions.
• Strong multilingual communication skills in Mandarin, Malay and English.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) and device networking.
• Experience with switches, routers and firewalls in enterprise environments.
• Ability to develop relationships with data centre customers and partners.

Aufgaben

• Meet with key decision makers in data centres and manufacturing setups.
• Build and manage client relationships to meet revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to execute campaigns and ensure after-sales support.
• Prepare technical documents such as RFP/RFI responses, POCs, and quotations.
• Provide training to customers and participate in events and roadshows.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for optimal support and coordination.
• Drive business growth through client retention and satisfaction.
• Report on performance indicators and customer data for management.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 2-3 years Sales experience in the IT sector, preferably in the area of network and infrastructure solutions
• Well-versed in Mandarin, Malay, and English
• Technical understanding of TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) Admin, and experience with switches, routers, and firewalls
• Customer network within the data centre industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent customer-facing skills, with strong communication ability and the keenness to develop a customer base
• Result-oriented mindset to achieve targets
• Possessing own transport and willing to travel

What you'll be doing on the job

• Conducting effective meetings with key decision makers in relevant industries such as data centers and manufacturing setups
• Building client relationships, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meeting customer needs
• Working with relevant teams such as marketing team and service teams to execute campaigns and ensure strong after-sales support is provided
• Handling preparation of technical documents such as RFP/RFI responses, Proof of Concept (POC), quotations, and other reports
• Providing training to customers, and participating in events and roadshows
• Liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest level of coordination and customer support
• Achieving other business growth objectives such as client retention and customer satisfaction
• Reporting and tracking of performance indicators and customer data
