Job summary

SHUN SHUN TECHNOLOGY SDN.BHD. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional in Kuala Lumpur to cultivate partnerships across brands, communities, universities, events, and more.

You will build a strong local network and source opportunities for brand exposure and user acquisition. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and fluently communicate in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in BD, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian market, especially Kuala Lumpur.
• Excellent communication, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, outbound, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for business communication.
• Existing local networks in business, university, community, or brands is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and partnerships in the Malaysian market.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with brands, communities, universities, events, and other potential partners.
• Develop and maintain a strong local business network.
• Source offline events, exhibitions, campus activities, and community events for brand exposure and user acquisition.
• Drive APP downloads, registrations, paid conversions, and revenue through partnerships and marketing activities.
• Maintain the CRM and business pipeline, and provide regular progress updates.
• Collect market and competitor insights to support local business strategies.
