Job summary

SHUN SHUN TECHNOLOGY SDN.BHD. is seeking a driven Business Development professional to expand our presence in Kuala Lumpur.

You will cultivate partnerships with brands, communities, universities, events, and other partners, while actively driving app downloads and revenue through strategic collaborations. You will source offline events and build a strong local network, maintaining CRM and pipelines, and delivering regular progress updates to guide local marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good understanding of the Malaysian business market, especially Kuala Lumpur.
• Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, outgoing, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for business communication.
• Existing local business, university, community, or brand networks are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and partnerships in the Malaysian market.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with brands, communities, universities, events, and other potential partners.
• Develop and maintain a strong local business network.
• Source offline events, exhibitions, campus activities, and community events for brand exposure and user acquisition.
• Drive APP downloads, registrations, paid conversions, and revenue through partnerships and marketing activities.
• Maintain the CRM and business pipeline, and provide regular progress updates.
• Collect market and competitor insights to support local business strategies.
