Job summary

CIMB in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic professional to manage a portfolio of commercial business customers. You will deepen existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and perform financial and risk analysis to support credit decisions, while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with product lines to drive portfolio growth and maintain high asset quality.

Qualifications

Ability to analyse profitability and formulate account strategy with product specialists.
First-line contact for credit, deposits and services including operations queries.
Maintain relationships with key decision makers (CEO, CFO, Head of Treasury, Head of HR).
Identify prospects and onboard new customers with proper KYC due diligence.

Responsibilities

Conduct profitability analysis and develop account strategy.
Serve as primary contact for credit, deposits and service queries.
Develop relationships with key decision makers.
Develop new business by identifying prospects and performing KYC due diligence.
Perform financial & risk analysis and prepare credit memos for approval.
Coordinate with product lines for portfolio development and cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct periodic health checks on portfolio and ensure documentation is current.
Monitor asset quality and initiate restructuring or recovery as needed.
Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
Ensure credit files are properly maintained.
