Job summary

Idealseed Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to translate user needs into clear requirements and functional descriptions. You will gather requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and map AS-IS and TO-BE processes for complex systems.

You will validate information with SMEs, support data-flow documentation, and collaborate with senior analysts and developers to clarify workflows. A degree in IT or related field and 2–4 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience as Business Analyst.
• Experience with data-heavy systems, reporting platforms, or dashboard-based solutions preferred.
• Exposure to government/public-sector IT projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Degree in IT, Business IT, or equivalent.
