Job summary

CIMB OCTO in Malaysia is seeking a Business Analyst to lead and manage new digital banking initiatives and projects, translating business needs into clear requirements and end-to-end solutions.

You will collaborate with experience teams, prepare user stories, support testing, and help shape the mobile banking roadmap while keeping customer journeys at the center.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Business Analyst, Product Owner or related role in digital space.
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of digital banking, internet banking and mobile apps is advantageous.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience creating User Stories / Business Requirements Definitions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital banking initiatives, enhancements and projects from planning through implementation and production support.
• Translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Prepare user requirements and support end-to-end solution design.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Design, Technology and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in product test planning and test case preparation.

• Champion and support the Mobile Banking roadmap and delivery.
