Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand pain points, gather system and business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications for technology teams.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD), process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business units and development teams, facilitating discussions and ensuring aligned project goals across the development lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage business feedback, and ensure final deliverables meet original business objectives.
• Track issues, changes, and requirements throughout the project, providing ongoing support and resolving post-implementation business issues.

About you

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills
