Job summary

Tentacle Tech, Malaysia, is seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital initiative within the banking sector, working onsite to support and deliver enhancements across web, mobile and wealth platforms. You will translate business needs into innovative digital solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

You'll collaborate with business, operations, technology and design teams, apply design thinking and data-driven insights, and contribute to testing

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or in digital product management, ideally within financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Figma in an Agile environment.
• Strong skills in preparing User Stories and Business Requirements Definitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with empathy for customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, define and manage business requirements to support digital product delivery.
• Prepare approval papers, governance documents and research for new digital initiatives.
• Support testing activities including UAT, regression and production validation.
• Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs.
• Drive transformation of customer servicing journeys through innovative digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business, operations, technology and design stakeholders.

• Flexible, resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working across both Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
