Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd seeks a Business Analyst to support and deliver initiatives across CIMB OCTO Web, OCTO Mobile and Wealth platforms. You will analyze and manage business requirements, prepare governance papers, and support UAT and production validation.

The role requires 4+ years in BA/PO or product management in digital spaces, with familiarity in digital banking and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in Figma, Jira and Confluence is preferred.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role, or product management in the digital space.
Experience in financial services is preferred but not essential.
Working knowledge of digital banking; familiarity with internet banking and mobile applications is an advantage.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira and Confluence.
Experience preparing User Stories / Business Requirements Definition.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of digital initiatives, enhancements and projects across CIMB OCTO Web, OCTO Mobile and Wealth platforms.
Analyse, define and manage business requirements.
Prepare approval papers and governance documents.
Conduct research and analysis for new initiatives.
Support UAT, regression testing and production validation.
Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs.
Contribute to digital banking strategy and roadmap initiatives.
Support transformation of customer servicing journeys through digital solutions.
Improve customer experience and adoption of digital channels.
Support automation, process redesign and continuous improvement.
