Job summary

Mission Consultancy Services Malaysia is seeking a Digital Project Manager / Business Analyst to bridge communication between business users, UI, and development teams in Kuala Lumpur. You will gather requirements, design workflows, and prepare SRS/FSD documents, wireframes and user manuals to ensure successful project delivery.

You will manage RTM, present options to stakeholders, and drive test scripts and risk management for requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital project management and business analysis.
• Experience in managing requirements in the e-commerce/payment-related industries is a bonus.
• Proficiency with Jira and integration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a communication bridge between Business Users, UI, Development/Implementation teams.
• Gather requirements from Business users by studying their functions and analyze requirements; construct workflow designs and write design specifications.
• Prepare proper documentation and specification.
• Produce a project definition/initiation document clearly defining scope and objectives.
• Prepare project documents (SRS, FSD) including wireframes, user manuals, and broad level Functional Test Cases; present options to stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix) for Business requirements and Functional specifications.
• Execute a user acceptance/system test script and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies related to requirements documentation.

Gather requirements from the Business users by studying their business functions and analyzing business requirements; construct workflow designs based on system capabilities and write design specifications and modifications to ensure successful delivery of output and formats.

Prepares Proper Documentation and Specification

Responsibilities:

Producing a project definition/project initiation document clearly defining scope and project objective.

Preparing project documents i.e. SRS, FSD including wireframes, User Manuals, and broad level Functional Test Cases. Effectively presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders.

Manage and maintain proper RTM [Requirement Traceability Matrix] pertaining to Business requirements and Functional specifications.

Executing a user acceptance/system test script & awareness about project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies & change control processes especially in relation to requirements documentation.

Required Skills:

3-5+ years of experience in digital project management, business analysis

Prior experience in managing requirements in the e-commerce/payment-related industries is a bonus
