Job summary

Mission Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and bridge communication between business users and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting SRS/FSD, creating wireframes, testing, and ensuring successful delivery of outputs across e-commerce/payments domains.

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital project management and business analysis.
• Experience in e-commerce/payment-related industries is a bonus.
• Proficient with Jira and integration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between Business Users, UI, and Development/Implementation teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; write design specifications and modifications.
• Prepare documentation and specifications including SRS, FSD, and user manuals.
• Produce project definitions and initiation documents clearly defining scope and objectives.
• Create and maintain wireframes and high-level design artifacts.
• Develop functional test cases and present options to stakeholders.
• Maintain RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix) for requirements and specifications.
• Execute user acceptance/system test scripts and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change control.

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is currently seeking an experiencedBusiness Analystto gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and bridging communication between business user.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Act as a communication bridge between Business Users, UI, Development/Implementation teams.
• Gather requirements from the Business users by studying their business functions and analyzing business requirements; construct workflow designs based on system capabilities and write design specifications and modifications to ensure successful delivery of output and formats.
• Prepares Proper Documentation and Specification.
• Producing a project definition/project initiation document clearly defining scope and project objective.
• Preparing project documents i.e. SRS, FSD including wireframes, User Manuals, and broad level
• Functional Test Cases. Effectively presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain proper RTM [Requirement Traceability Matrix] pertaining to Business requirements and Functional specifications.
• Executing a user acceptance/system test script & awareness about project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies & change control processes especially in relation to requirements documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital project management, business analysis.
• Prior experience in managing requirements in the e-commerce/payment-related industries is a bonus.
• Jira skills and integration requirements.
