Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Business Analyst to assess user requirements and design system solutions that meet business needs. You will document functional specifications, user stories, and test plans, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in IT or related field and 3–4 years of BA experience in Agile projects. You will translate business problems into clear requirements and support UAT and training as needed.

Job description

According to the business changes and needs, provide a proper system functional solution by assessing and analyzing those changes, capture and document requirements as functional specification/user stories, support the communication and delivery of these requirements with relevant parties and conduct system briefing and user training while needed.

Produce BRD (business requirement document) for project at small scale, lead user interface (UI) design, write testing plan and conduct testing to ensure system implementation/ enhancement in meeting business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years BA working experience in Agile projects
• Conceptual awareness of industry/ business domain, relevant IT functional products and applications, etc.
• Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update
• Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams
