Job summary

Capgemini in Malaysia seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Digital, Mobile, Wealth, or Financial Planning projects, and act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure clear communication.

You will conduct stakeholder analysis, engage with senior stakeholders, and influence decisions through data-driven insights, driving end-to-end analysis from requirements to solution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Life Insurance.
• Proven experience in transformation initiatives, ideally within financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convince and influence senior stakeholders.
