Job summary

Maxaudio Online Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Business Administration Intern to join our team at Taman Maluri Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This internship offers hands-on experience across customer service, e‑commerce, digital marketing, logistics, data, AI tools, and online business operations.

The role provides guidance and hands-on training to develop practical skills for operating a real e‑commerce business, with exposure to real customers and orders, and opportunities to contribute to daily

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Management, Communication or a related field.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Friendly, patient, responsible and customer‑oriented.
• Willing to learn and comfortable asking questions.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage tasks responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with product, order, delivery, return and exchange issues.
• Handle customer complaints, reviews and ratings professionally.
• Assist with returns, refunds, exchanges and marketplace disputes.
• Perform basic data entry, reporting and information management.
• Use AI tools to improve daily tasks and work efficiency.
• Assist with other day‑to‑day e‑commerce and customer service tasks as required.

About the Role

Maxaudio Online Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and responsible Business Administration Intern to join our team.

This internship is suitable for students who are interested in customer service, e-commerce, digital marketing, logistics, data, AI tools, and online business operations.

You do not need to know everything from Day 1. We will provide guidance and hands‑on training to help you develop practical skills and understand how a real e‑commerce business operates.

Key Responsibilities
