Job summary

Desince Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is offering an internship to assist the e-commerce team with daily administrative and operational tasks, including product updates on Shopee and Lazada.

You will gain hands-on exposure to inventory, pricing, and order processing while receiving training; internship is a minimum 3 months with potential for future full-time placement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Interested in e-commerce, online business, and administration.
• Real working experience in e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the e-commerce team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support product uploading and updating on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

• Assist in updating order, inventory, and return records.
• Organise and maintain digital files, reports, and internal documents.
• Support the team in preparing simple sales and performance reports.
• Learn basic e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
• Ensure all data entries are accurate and updated properly.
