We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Business Administration Intern to join our growing team. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to marketing, business development, client engagement, administration, and corporate operations. Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing and business development activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and industry trends.
Assist in identifying and establishing partnerships with potential clients, organizations, universities, colleges, and industry stakeholders.
Support client outreach, business networking, and relationship‑building activities.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, company profiles, proposals, and business documents.
Support digital marketing activities, including social media content, promotional campaigns, and online engagement.
Assist in maintaining and updating client, partner, and business development databases.
Support the coordination of meetings, networking events, career fairs, and other business activities.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing and business development.
Collaborate with the HR and management teams on recruitment, employer branding, and company initiatives where required.
Perform other marketing, business development, and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business (Marketing), Business Administration (BBA), Public Relations, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
Available for an internship of 3 to 12 months.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in marketing, business development, sales, or corporate operations.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally, primarily to Singapore, for business prospecting and client development.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
