Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Operations Manager to plan and oversee service schedules, manage a team of technicians, and ensure quality service delivery across the branch in Malaysia. You will train staff, maintain safety standards, and drive performance reporting.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to client sites. A Diploma in a related discipline and a valid Malaysian driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline with staff management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a 10-member team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Possess own vehicle and valid Malaysian residency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and check service schedules using the in-house system.
• Lead, train and supervise service staff to improve quality.
• Ensure services are delivered on schedule and with quality.
• Conduct quarterly field attachments with the team.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports.
• Maintain branch service vehicle records and renewals.
• Manage service capital expenditure requests monthly.
• Prepare monthly status reports on service, issues, and staff.
• Recruit and induct new technicians; maintain morale.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
