Job summary

Nawawi Tie Leung Property Consultants Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the property management office and ensure checklist compliance and preventive maintenance.

You will produce incident and monthly reports for JMC and liaise with authorities and developers. You will conduct operational audits to optimize cost and efficiency, manage licenses and AGM/EGM processes, plan staffing, and drive service charge collections and contract management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of Strata Management Act and building management regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage the day-to-day operations of the property management office.
• Ensure daily checklist compliance and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Produce incident and monthly operations reports for JMC members.
• Ensure SOP compliance.
• Liaise with government authorities and developer representatives.
• Conduct operational audits to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Manage licenses, registrations, AGM/EGM processes per the SMA.
• Plan manpower requirements to ensure adequate staffing.
• Record minutes of monthly meetings.
• Lead the customer service programme.
• Check and sign off daily collection and banking slips.
• Maximise collection of service charges and sinking fund contribution.
• Ensure procurement processes are adhered to.
• Manage all contracts of outsourced service providers.
• Develop service level standards for outsourced service providers.
