Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and provide customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&L ownership and financial planning for revenue and profit delivery.
• Build and manage a high-performing facilities team to deliver FM services.
• Ensure governance, regulatory and contractual compliance across the account.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer-first culture with CBRE values.
• Report on performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
