Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated bakery production staff member in Malaysia to prepare breads and pastries, including doughs and fillings, and to bake and decorate as required.

The role requires following recipes, maintaining food safety and personal hygiene standards, and safely handling baking equipment. Ability to lift heavy items and store utensils properly are essential; other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Prepare breads / pastries including doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate.
• Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked products.
• Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job description

· Prepare breads / pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate.

· Ensure production of good quality products.

· Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked products.

· Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.

· Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time

· Ability to read and follow recipes

· Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
