Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad in Subang Jaya is seeking outlet staff to greet customers, advise on baked goods, and assist with selections. You will handle orders and payments, pack items, restock, and keep displays tidy while promoting promotions.

Shift work including weekends and public holidays is required, with opportunities to grow within a growing bakery brand committed to pride in every bite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
• Respond to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.
• Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.
• Taking order and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
