Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly sales associate to welcome customers, advise on baked goods, answer questions about promotions, handle packing, display items, restock and monitor expiry dates.

This role also covers taking orders, processing payments, keeping the outlet clean, and working shifts including weekends and public holidays. RT Pastry, established since 2003 with 16 outlets, offers a value-driven environment and opportunities for growth.

• Customer service and communication skills preferred.

• Responds to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.
• Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.
• Taking order and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
