Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad is seeking a customer service-focused outlet associate to greet customers, assist with product choices, and explain promotions. You will handle orders, process payments, and ensure displays are well-presented.

The role requires maintaining a clean outlet, stocking shelves, and taking on shifts including weekends and holidays. Join a growing bakery brand with a passion for quality pastries and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to explain products and promotions clearly to customers.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
• Respond to customer queries with product information and available promotions.
• Pack products, arrange displays, restock shelves and track expiry dates.
• Take orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
