Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Crew to greet customers, assist with selecting baked goods, and handle orders and payments with accuracy.

You will maintain displays, restock products, monitor expiry dates, and keep the outlet clean, while supporting shift work including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
• Responds to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.
• Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.
• Taking order and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
