Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad is seeking frontline staff for its bakery outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet customers, advise on baked goods, handle queries about products and promotions, and assist with packing, displays and stock rotation.

You will process orders and payments, keep the outlet neat, and work shifts including weekends and public holidays. The organization emphasizes a balance of pride in its 2003-established, fusion Japanese-Taiwanese concept, with ongoing expansion to 16

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery/retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell and promote promotions.

• Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
• Responds to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.
• Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.
• Taking order and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
