Job summary

HLB in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Brand Manager to shape and execute the nationwide Branded Branch Strategy and Communications. You will partner with diverse business units to create retail experiences that align with the bank's CI and mission, transforming branches into modern brand hubs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and translate brand initiatives into SOPs and scalable processes across Islamic, Priority, and Private Bank centers, delivering measurable impact on customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in brand management and stakeholder portfolio leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple business units.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, define, and own the long-term Branded Branch Strategy and Communications Strategy nationwide.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, prioritize, and scale new retail experiences aligned with CI.
• Design innovative, customer-centric branch experiences to position the bank as a modern leader.
• Plan and market branch micro-events in key branches to boost advisory services and visibility.
• Synthesize strategies and digital experiences into HLB’s Retail Blueprint and SOPs.
• Operationalize and scale Retail Blueprint guidelines across channels and centers.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate initiatives and POCs.
