Qualifications

• 5+ years of related working experience in Branch Customer Service, Mortgage Direct Sales or Wealth Management Relationship roles.
• Strong people management and leadership skills; ability to guide and train a team to meet sales targets and service standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication, organisational and planning skills.
• Think-Act-Own attitude to complete planned and unplanned deliverables to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, prospects and partners.
• Develop business opportunities and implement sales/marketing strategies; set team direction.
• Coach and develop staff; manage sales performance to meet branch targets.
• Ensure branch audit readiness, security, and up-to-date product knowledge; uphold customer service.
