Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Branch Branding & Communications to define and own the long-term Branded Branch Strategy across nationwide locations. You will lead cross-functional teams to shape retail experiences aligned with CI standards and the bank's mission.

The role requires transforming branches into hubs for financial advisory, planning micro-events, and delivering measurable impact through a Retail Blueprint.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Brand & Communications Management.
• Experience building Retail Brand Strategy and Plan across channels.
• Operationalising Brand Strategy and Brand Plan across channels and mediums.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with leaders for scope deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Create, define, and own the long-term Branded Branch Strategy and Communications Strategy across nationwide locations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, prioritize, and scale new retail experiences aligned with CI standards.
• Design innovative and customer-centric branch experiences transforming the customer journey.
• Plan, execute and market branch micro-events in key branches to boost visibility and advisory services.
• Synthesize strategies into Retail Blueprint and SOPs for consistent execution.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate initiatives and pilot programs.
