Job summary

Lendlease, through The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a commercially driven Brand Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth via strategic partnerships, advertising sales, sponsorships and tenant collaborations.

The role requires identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and delivering innovative partnership solutions that enhance the mall experience while meeting revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, marketing, business development, or related commercial roles.
• Casual Mall Leasing experience is highly preferred.
• Mall Leasing and Mall Marketing experience is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, or business development targets.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through brand partnerships, advertising inventory, pop-up opportunities, and promotional activations.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with brands, agencies, retailers, and corporate partners.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop creative and commercially viable partnership solutions aligned with clients' marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver campaigns and projects.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and post-campaign reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization and generate incremental revenue streams.
