Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a commercially driven Brand Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and advertising sales at The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur. You will manage key client relationships and deliver partnership solutions that enhance the mall experience while meeting revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, marketing, business development, advertising sales, media sales or related commercial roles.
• Casual Mall Leasing experience is highly preferred.
• Mall Leasing and Mall Marketing experience is advantageous.
• Key Account Managers from Advertising, Media Sales or Events Management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue or business development targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation, networking and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through brand partnerships, advertising inventory, pop-up retail opportunities and promotional activations.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities with brands, agencies, retailers and corporate partners.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop creative and commercially viable partnership solutions aligned to clients' marketing objectives.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, agencies, advertisers and brand partners as the primary contact.
• Develop and present commercial proposals, negotiate partnership agreements and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Marketing and Operations to deliver campaigns and projects.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and post-campaign reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization and generate incremental revenue streams.
