• Coordinate with agencies, tenants, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide recommendations to optimise effectiveness and ROI.
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and performance updates for management.
• Support loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement programmes.
• Oversee mall activations and events to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong brand representation.
• Support group-wide campaigns and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the mall.
