Job summary

The Pacific Insurance Berhad is seeking an Executive, Branch Operations for the Melaka Branch. The role involves delivering cross-functional administrative and operational support across key branch units, including customer service, underwriting, finance, admin, and claims.

Responsibilities include resolving queries from customers and policyholders, supporting business development with quotations, and managing end-to-end financial operations with strict CBC compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry, or entry-level with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Basic knowledge of standard operation, administration procedures and protocols in the Insurance business.
• Good command of IT systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support across branch units.
• Address and resolve queries from customers, policyholders, and field forces while upholding corporate standards.
• Support business development by handling follow-ups and preparing quotations within authority; resolve claims inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end financial operations including receipting, counter services, and collections from agents and policyholders, ensuring CBC and Premium Warranty compliance.
• Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies for effective risk and agency management.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested by branch leadership.
